Job Title: Brand Operations Manager
Location: North Metro Atlanta, GA (In-office 3-5 days a week)

We're looking for a Brand Operations Manager to help manage customer service, assist with social media content creation, and ensure smooth daily operations. Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and creative Brand Operations Manager who can balance customer service, social media management, and brand operations. In this role, you'll manage customer inquiries, returns, and picking + packaging orders, while also helping to create content for our social media channels.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service Management
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, social media, and other channels regarding order issues, product questions, and general support.
- Process returns, exchanges, and store credits in line with company policies.
- Ensure a positive and efficient customer experience by providing timely, friendly, and professional service.

Social Media Management
- Create and post engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Be comfortable on camera to showcase products and engage with the community.
- Edit and schedule content to maintain a consistent brand voice and drive engagement across social media.

Brand Operations & Strategy
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and the fulfillment of customer orders (picking and packing orders).
- Track and analyze customer service and social media performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Maintain a cohesive and consistent brand image across all touchpoints.

In-Office Requirements
- You’ll need to be in the office at least 3 days a week for content creation, team collaboration, and day-to-day operations.

Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, e-commerce, or operations management (experience in brand operations is a plus).
- Social media skills and experience with content creation and editing (familiarity with tools like Adobe Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, Canva, or similar platforms is preferred).
- Comfortable appearing on camera and creating content for social media.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with customers professionally and friendly.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Must be based in or near North Metro Atlanta and able to come to the office 3 days a week.
