- To qualify, item(s) must be returned within 14 days after delivery
- Item(s) must be unused and in the original packaging
- Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses.
- Phone cases are not returnable.
- Non-qualifying returns include any item(s) marked on "Sale" or sold as a "BOGO" offer
- Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed.
Phone cases are not eligible for returns. Our phone cases are custom made which means when you place an order, they are handmade for you. For this reason, we cannot accept returns if you ordered the wrong size/wrong design so please be sure to double check what size you need.
