  • Item(s) must be unused and in the original packaging
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses.
  • Phone cases are not returnable.
  • Non-qualifying returns include any item(s) marked on "Sale" or sold as a "BOGO" offer
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed.

Phone cases are not eligible for returns. Our phone cases are custom made which means when you place an order, they are handmade for you. For this reason, we cannot accept returns if you ordered the wrong size/wrong design so please be sure to double check what size you need.

Loved all of my items!

When I received my items I was super excited! I loved every piece I chose! Very unique and so cute! I couldn’t wait to put together my crystal castle pop socket and my crystal castle case since they went together so well! Can’t wait for all the new items! Great quality!

I got the crystal castle socket for my mom who LOVES everything pink and magical. Package arrived within the estimated dates of arrival and was packaged so nicely!
